About
An army of creators
Our mission is an army of creators: young people in Central Asia who build with AI instead of waiting for a job in Russia. Kyrgyzstan is where we start, because the pressure is highest, the phones are everywhere and it is small enough to win.
Mission
Creators, not spectators
Every step in Arena ends in something shipped: a link, a product, a duel won in public. The Showcase puts that work in front of everyone by default.
Open age
One ladder for a 14-year-old lyceum student and a 40-year-old returnee. Anyone starts at zero on a cheap Android phone. Cash prizes go to adults only; minors earn in-kind prizes and keep a private profile.
Three languages
Every screen, lesson and challenge ships in Kyrgyz, Russian and English from day one. 75% of Kyrgyz schoolchildren study in Kyrgyz, and none of the open courses we surveyed has a Kyrgyz version.
The journey
Basics, Learn, Arena, Rank, Talent
A player begins with the basics: linking Gmail, GitHub and LinkedIn, then a typing test and a reading test scored fairly across all three languages. Learn adds four English tracks, AI tools and automation, with build tracks that end in a shipped link. In the Arena they prove it in one-on-one duels, squad battles and sponsored challenges, decided by skill alone. Rank turns that into a public chess-style rating, weekly leagues, 34 medals and an activity map. Talent is where the ladder meets the buyer: a public passport, a portfolio of products, and employers who pay to meet the top twenty first. Learning is free; the top of the ladder is the business.

The studio
Client work funds the products
Alt AI Labs is built by the AltaiLabs studio in Bishkek and New York. Signed client contracts fund the products, KulpunAI and Arena, with zero venture capital. Every product ships in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.
