How to get help with Alt AI Labs.
Write to us
Email hello@altailabs.ai. Say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and include a screenshot if you can. We answer in English, Russian or Kyrgyz.
Sign in and accounts
The site and the app use the same account. If you cannot sign in, check the email address first; if you signed up with a link someone sent you, open that link again to set your password. To change your public address, open your profile and edit it.
Challenges and results
Every challenge page lists its deadline, deliverables, criteria and rules. You can resubmit until the deadline; the latest entry is the one judged. Results appear on the challenge page, and prizes are paid by the organization named on it.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile, then Delete account. You are asked for your password, and the account is removed at once. You can also write to hello@altailabs.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Report something
In the app, open the menu on a post or product and choose Report, or Block to stop seeing a person’s posts. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email hello@altailabs.ai.
