Alt AI Labs pitch deck
Alt AI Labs
We build companies for Central Asia, in its own languages.
An AI-native product studio from Bishkek and New York. Signed client contracts fund the products we own: KulpunAI and Arena.
Who we are
An AI software factory. We do not take projects. We build companies.
Founder
Timur Mone
Engineer and founder. Ran Jyldyz Academy, which taught thousands across Central Asia for free during COVID. Builds for the industries Silicon Valley ignores: resorts, livestock markets, banks, parenting, civic tech.
Co-founder and CTO
Izzatillo Pochoev
Ten years in engineering. Architect of KulpunAI. Former team lead at Beeline.
Founder and CEO, AITIM Group
Timur Tilenov
AITIM Group is a Chicago holding in logistics, consulting, media and software, and the first sponsor of a challenge here. More than 1,000 carriers have gone through its programs.
USA advisor
Mark Gaudette
Former VP of Development at Brookfield on Manhattan West. Former VP at SunTrust.
Zero venture capital so far. Revenue from client builds funds the next product. Two founders, an advisor in the USA and a bench of AI agents ship what used to need a twenty-person agency.
Bishkek and New York. Every product ships in Kyrgyz, Russian and English from day one. The client owns the code and the IP.
Why Central Asia, why now
Seventy million people, median age 27, phones in every hand, and the old exit to Russia is closing.
- 88.5%
- Internet penetration in Kyrgyzstan. Mobile data costs about $0.17 per GB, the second cheapest in the world.
- 17–20%
- Kyrgyz youth not in work, school or training. 79% of employed youth work without a contract.
- 2.5M
- Uzbeks who registered for one free coding programme. The appetite for skills at scale is proven next door.
- $1B
- IT service exports from Uzbekistan in 2025, with a $5B target for 2030. Kazakhstan pays private schools 400–500K tenge per learner.
Kyrgyzstan is the laboratory: small enough to win, 73–84% Android, trilingual, with a High Technology Park growing exports 50% a year. Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are where the scale and the budgets live.

The model
Client builds pay the bills. Each one leaves behind a product we own.
1 · Build for clients
Operating systems for real businesses
Resorts, banks, retail chains, national parks. Fixed fee plus a share of the transactions we enable. The client owns the code.
2 · Reuse the engine
One data model, many surfaces
Admin console, employee app, B2B portal, consumer app and AI assistant come from the same core. The fifth build costs a fraction of the first.
3 · Own the products
KulpunAI and Arena
Revenue from step one funds products with recurring revenue and regional reach: an AI support inbox already selling, and a talent league for the region's youth.
16 products shipped across 9 industries. Trilingual by default. Flutter for mobile, Next.js for web, Claude for the AI layer.
Small on purpose. Two founders, one advisor, AI agents doing the work of a studio. Margins stay high because headcount stays low.
Traction
$196,000 in signed client contracts in 2026, with zero outside capital.
| Client | What we build | Contract | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ala-Too Resort | Resort OS: site, booking, admin, guest and owner apps | $100,000 + 5% of online sales | Agreed June 2026, four milestones, winter opening |
| Toolor (Cool Group) | Loyalty and store app, payments, admin | $67,000 | Signed, $40,000 received, app on TestFlight and Play |
| Ala Archa National Park | Visitor app, web and admin with an AI concierge | $23,000 | Live at alaarchapark.com |
| Bereket Bank | Corporate website with its own CMS, three languages | $6,000 + support | Signed September 2026, prototype approved |

Case · Ala-Too Resort OS
The operating system for a €165M state-backed ski resort, from first click to lift gate.
Ala-Too is Kyrgyzstan's flagship new resort, with Doppelmayr lifts and a December 2026 opening. The client needed every digital surface built at once, in three languages, by one team.
Deal: $100,000 fixed fee in four $25,000 milestones, plus 5% of every online transaction. Ski-pass vendor vetting priced separately.
Why it matters: a recurring share of a resort's online sales is the first annuity in the portfolio, and the reference case for every resort and park in the region.
Surface 1
Marketing site and booking engine
Surface 2
Admin consoles for operations
Surface 3
Guest app with passes and concierge
Surface 4
Cottage-owner portal and app

Case · Toolor by Cool Group
A loyalty and store app for a national retail brand, signed, paid and shipping.
Cool Group's consumer brand needed a loyalty programme, an in-app store and payments that work with local rails. We delivered the full stack: Flutter app, FastAPI backend, Next.js admin, Finik payments by QR, app and Visa.
Deal: $67,000 signed. $40,000 received in two tranches. Follow-on tranches under discussion.
Delivery: version 1.0.0 builds pushed to TestFlight and the Google Play internal track through an automated release pipeline.

Own product · KulpunAI

Arena · the business
Learners play for free. Employers, sponsors and governments pay for the top of the ladder.
Year 1 · Kyrgyzstan
Sponsors fund prizes
Season 0 with in-kind prizes and employer "first look at the top 20" deals. Founder-led weekly challenges. Target 25–60K registered players.
Year 2 · Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
Talent placement and B2G
Telegram mini-app for Uzbekistan's 37 million. Recruiter seats. Kazakhstan's state pays private schools per learner. Target 300–600K registered.
Years 3 to 5 · the exchange
Rank talent, sell it to the world
Western automation clients and AI labs buy ranked Central Asian talent. This is the route Turing took to $300M revenue and a $2.2B valuation.
Honest odds, from our own research: a prize league alone never reached a billion anywhere. Re-aimed as a talent exchange, we put a 15–25% chance on a $30–100M regional company, and a slim shot at far more.
What makes it defensible: the only Kyrgyz-language skills content in existence, a rating that employers trust, and a cost base in the region's tech parks with 0% corporate tax.
Comparables: Turing (Sacra, 2025), Duolingo FY2025, Chess.com 2026 · Full analysis in our October 2026 research report

Why we win
Nobody else builds in Kyrgyz, ships this fast, and owns the products that follow.
Trilingual by default
Kyrgyz, Russian and English on every screen, tested on every build. Global tools do not speak Kyrgyz. We do.
AI-native speed
Two founders and a bench of AI agents. Arena's English course, medals and showcase shipped in one day with 414 tests.
Trusted at the top
A state-backed resort, a national park, a bank and a national retail brand chose us. References open doors across the region.
One engine, compounding
Booking, loyalty, CRM, scoring, AI agents: each module built once is reused in the next deal and in our own products.
The next twelve months
Deliver the resort, launch Arena on Android, sign the first employers, cross into Uzbekistan.
Q4 2026
- Ala-Too Resort OS live for the winter opening
- Arena on Google Play, Season 0 in Kyrgyzstan
- First employer "first look" partner signed
Q1 2027
- Employer portal and public passports on the web
- Russian-first course import from permissive open content
- KulpunAI global plan launch
Q2 2027
- Uzbekistan via a Telegram mini-app
- Kazakhstan Tech Orda accreditation
- Two more resort or park OS deals from the Ala-Too reference
Q3 2027
- First paid talent placements abroad

Kill switch, written down: if Arena cannot show a paying demand-side partner by month 18, it folds into Jyldyz Academy as a free community and the studio keeps compounding on client work.
The ask
Build an army of AI creators with us.
We are not raising right now. We are experimenting in public: Season 0 in Kyrgyzstan, Android first, the first employers and sponsors, Uzbekistan next. Partners who want in early, write to us.
For sponsors
Fund prizes in kind, meet the top 20 first, put your name on a season.
For investors
A revenue-funded studio with signed contracts, two owned products, and a region of 70 million.
