I started out selling real estate on Wall Street, then spent the last decade building and selling technology. Today I run Studio MegaApp, a product studio. We ship apps, websites and whole operating systems for clients such as Cool Group and Ala-Too Resort, and we build our own product, KulpunAi, an AI customer-support platform used by banks. I also founded Jyldyz Academy, which has taught thousands of people in Kyrgyzstan to code and design for free; jyldyz means star in Kyrgyz. The way I work is simple: find the opportunity, build a working prototype, and close the deal by putting the real product in the client's hands. Before this I ran $500M+ in national infrastructure programs at Kumtor and co-wrote a national digital education strategy with the UN.

AI product studio. We build products for companies and governments, and we build our own. I run the company, find the deals, and build the prototypes that win them; our engineering team takes them to production.
- Clients include Cool Group (Toolor, Tikme) and Ala-Too Resort (admin, app, web, payments, ski ticketing, automated parking).
- Our own product, KulpunAi, serves Bereket Bank and Eldik Bank.
- Built Tikme OS for Cool Group: they spent around 200 hours a week on planning and task tracking, and we cut that by more than 90%.
